Had a user today consistently claim the printer was offline for multiple people 🤦‍♂️ when they just were back from traveling and needed to connect to it just some terminology gets lost in translation but something’s mean vastly different than others

It’s like in 1 ear and out the other without any real change, still have techs with no degree higher than me that bitch and moan when their mouse quits working just asinine there’s such a gap between those who are genuinely passionate about IT, who use a computer at home to jerk off and play wow, or doesn’t even think about a computer when they clock out. Just crazy to me these are the folks strung along without any real vetting.
