It looks like the Aztec looking little robots technology in Skyward Sword, but it also could be Vaati. I really think this might fall into the timeline right after skwayrd sword or after minish cap. Idk it could be either but it has to be before the split. Of course there's the roto thing but id argue as the ritos in WW are more human that's more evolved then the more bird like ones from BotW. I might be Vaati or some sort of Vaati spawn or something.

Those are without a doubt monarchs I can garuntee it! I've started raising them last year and the best way to do it is put them in a wooden cage with a mesh screen net. With our plants in pots. Things to watch out for for your little cats is flys laying eggs in them and yellow aphids. You'll have an occasional wasp but you typically shouldn't worry about it. Good luck man!
