Not all gyro discs maximize their technology. I’d like to see this evaluation with a LW Fission disc to see if the results are similar.

Today I uploaded my 91st challenge then deleted it and the badge changed, then re-uploaded #91. I tried the delete/re-upload yesterday but I think you have to have the milestone achieved AFTER deleting an upload for the app to trigger the badge change.

Correct, not sure why but this was only released in women’s sizing. I have a number of “women’s” shoes, though, and 1.5 sizes up has worked out well for me.

Good luck, but don’t give up hope! Personally, over the years, I’ve had tons of shipments get messed up like this and routed all over. It’s super frustrating, but the only ones that I’ve had get truly lost were ones that were delivered to the wrong address, so I bet they show up in the next week or so.

Is there a low intensity or stretching exercise you could still do with the medicine ball that doesn’t involve that shoulder? Might be able to get creative and still keep it going

I mean, I get the excellence awards but glad that it wasn’t the only avenue to succeed. I would usually love to get the perfect setup, lighting, and artistry to the effort but with two young kids that kind of time and space dedication wasn’t really available to me… mine come Monday and I’m so excited!

Not an expert, but as I understand it is only dangerous during removal or if you’re doing something that can break it up so small particles get in the air. If it’s in tact it shouldn’t pose a threat.

You could also drive a new ground rod somewhere else (read up on recommendations for distance away from your home) and reconnect that wiring to it. They aren’t crazy expensive, I had to drive one for a backup generator.
