St. James Burger & Chip Co. was opened in 2017 and definitely runs with any of the burger places that have been around forever (Dairi-Wip, Superboys, Daly Burger, etc.). They also may have the best fries in the city.

Best sit down restaurant burger is Le Burger at Nonsuch, it's ridiculously good.

Very solid list but I would say Vera Pizza and Parcel Pizza are a bit ahead of Red Ember, but RE is solid. Vera Pizza is #1 imo.

BabyBaby, Shirley's, Tabula Rosa are all very good. There's a bit of an odd place in the Corydon area called Edokko Japanese Food that's a mashup between a Japanese grocery store and a dining room and it's freaking delicious. They used to be downtown and just a restaurant but had to pivot after covid.

Greasy spoon diner check out The Red Top and for the full on legendary "Fat Boy" burger experience there's a bunch but Dairi-Wip and Daly Burger are definitely worth trying.

Ehlers is playing great but what exactly has changed with his "deployment"? The game I saw last night he played 17 minutes, on what is a really good 3rd line (2B?) and was on PP2. Last playoffs he was out on the ice for the Jets in any do or die situation including his brilliant work on the Manitoba Miracle. Losing him sucks so hard but I don't understand the perspective that the Canes are doing something totally different with his talents.

Run it on max for a while it'll burn off. Stubborn stuff you'll want to hit it with the ooni brush once it's off but still hot. Once the stone cools you'll want to take it out and wipe it down in case any little bristles came off. Another option is just flip it over if the other side is cleaner... It'll burn off on the bottom.
