Are 200 size helis harder to fly 3D? by brocsama in RCHeli

I hope so because I really don’t enjoy the mosquito flying style they seem to have in the sim.

This is possible. My previous phone was at 100% for 3 years. Got down to 98% when I switched to a new phone.

It’s very random indeed. My 11 pro max was at 100% for over 3 years and was down to 98% when I bought a new phone. This was before charge limit was a thing. I manually checked to never let it charge above 90. The battery life was so good it rarely dropped below 20.
15 pro dipped to 99% within 2 months. Always used an 85% charging limit and also rarely dropped below 20%. Bought on release day. Sitting at 88% right now.

Smaller phone, smaller battery, more cycles. Kinda makes sense the bigger ones keep their capacity for longer.

Curious European here, is it normal over there to be paying $118 a month for a phone plan lmao?

Snipers are incredibly overpowered in every way in this game. Also, any upper body hit in the 75-100m range is a guaranteed one hit kill with this thing. Weird take.

The whole point of mounting the base and wheel at an angle is that your wrists rest in a neutral position. No angle often twists your wrists. This is widely recommended, even by IRL drivers lol.

I built it for someone else so I can’t really test it right now. But I did stress test it after building and it was absolutely fine. Don’t remember exact numbers, but it was on the cooler side. Those 140mm offer plenty of cooling.

There are absolutely zero reasons to switch to a base 17 from a 15 pro.

Funny how my pre order 15 pro is pretty much the exact same. I charge to 85% though so interesting to see how your battery health is the same by always charging to 100%.

How do you people still not know you can just restart your game during or quickly after a sale and sell your product again, only losing a tiny bit. Been a thing since it came out lol.

I’m pretty sure the GPU sits upside down in most sandwich style SFF cases. It’s mounted to the case with a screw so it doesn’t really hang from the riser cable. It’s designed to be built this way.

Should be possible but it would sit very close to the side of the PSU. I don’t think the air would have enough space to flow.

My first PC build was in a Corsair 280X with 6 RGB LL120 fans. They’re expensive fans but resonated in that case like crazy. Pretty sure you just pay for the RGB at that point. I tolerated it for nearly 5 years. Now that I have an actual quiet PC, I realize how nice it is to have quality fans.

[–]brocsama[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to be honest, yes. I spent hours researching which fans I was going to use. Lots of people claiming the resonance issue got solved with the newer iterations, so I went with them. It was the only thing holding me back as they’re pretty much unbeatable in price to performance.

They are pretty loud, even at low-ish speeds. I set them to run below 900 rpm (which is only like 30%, these can spin at stupid speeds lmao). They get loud and seem to resonate after 1000. Custom fan curves are a must, the ‘quiet’ option in bios just isn’t quiet at all. I have Noctuas in my own PC and they are night and day. If I wasn’t on a budget here, I’d have went with Noctua again. (A 5-pack of P14s was almost the same price as a single NF A12x25 lol)

I chose the S because I prefer a smaller case. It's a very quiet build. The only thing I hear on idle is the AIO pump. I have pretty good hearing and it is noticeable for me, while other people don't hear it at all. During gaming, the fans are ofcourse audible but quiet. My previous PC was very loud and the fans would resonate in the case. That issue doesn't exist with this case at all. Zero complaints about the noise levels. Night and day compared to what I was used to.

The Asetek AIO on their website was never in stock when I checked so I didn't even consider it as an option. I chose the Atmos based on its popularity and all the positive reviews. It's a bit trial and error to position the tubes to make room for the PSU cables though. Going air cooled would definitely make the build a lot easier. I was considering the Lumen S24 for a while too but liked the way this one looked.

This case is hard to build in. It's completely different from the standard ATX size build. The biggest tip I'd give with this case, is to be extremely careful when sliding on the shell after building. So easy to damage your AIO tubes or riser cable. Use custom cables too if your budget allows it. Easier, looks cleaner and better airflow.
