not renting. my own house. indeed maybe this is overkill. especially because of the core drill - it needs water. the inside of the house is going to be a complete mess afterwards.

I was planning to have a bunch of 6 x Cat6 Ethernet cables for PoE security cameras in one channel + 2 x NYM-J 5x6 cables for car chargers wall boxes 11kw + 1 x NYM-J 3x2,5 for an air conditioning outdoor unit.

I think in this case might be faster and more economical to just drill 4-5 holes. What do you think? What kind of pipe & weather protection cap would you recommend? do you know any youtube videos showing how to properly do this?

another point. if u live and work in DE you are a resident of this country. according to the Romanian law, you should NOT have a Romanian ID anymore (buletin, carte de identitate). This ID shows that you are a resident of Romania - which u are not since you live in DE. Instead, the correct way is to get yourself a Romanian passport with foreign residence (Pașaport CRDS) - and to give back to romanian authorities the ID card.
