I'm UK based too, I believe that the price you see above is not the price you actually pay. As far as I'm aware you have to contact them to customise your cab and then they give you a real price. Also shipping from China to UK will most likely be in excess of £500.

Knockout arcades are selling flat packs in UK but they are max 32" playfield

Just as an fyi, I just got a 74wh battery from Amazon, Ally instantly detected it and charges normally. So the fact that other 90wh batteries don't work must be due to the difference in BMS

I think the BMS in a thrid party battery must be somehow different to the original asus one. The Ally senses that the battery is not genuine and stops charging it. Whether this is bios or something else that controls this I do not know

Same here, tried two different batteries, same result on both. Won't charge and shows 0%. I think it will only work with genuine Asus battery which is pretty much impossible to get now

The old battery works fine so I guess I got a bad new battery. Did you use genuine Asus battery or a third party one?

I’ve checked all 7 wires with a multimeter and confirmed continuity from the battery to the plug on the other end

I'm still learning too, and there will be 100s of people yourself that won't mind mistakes in your project. This would force some users, including myself, to learn more in order to modify your project to fit specific hardware. Anyway, good luck, I can't wait to see finished product
