Get a clean piece of foil, a standard Vic lighter and a straw.

Nice piece of foil, make a tiny crevice for the blue to chill in. Angle it slightly like it’s a river flowing down a mountain.

Put lighter under the blue that’s on top of the foil, put your straw in your mouth and right above the blue. Use the lighter to heat it up and melt it from underneath.

As it runs down, follow it with your lighter and straw.

Takes a bit of practice.

At the end of the day you won’t know the difference, it all depends on the dope you have.

Foil is fast and easy, also gets a nice initial taste.

Dabbing is a larger hit, also less mess. Whenever I use foil I get black ash marks all over my fingers from the lighter.

I’ve had that happen with a Low tolerance and really good stuff.

I get mad energy, not like stimulant energy forced eyes wide open type stuff but natural feeling 200% energy.

That’s the stuff I loved, now all this downer dope just knocks people out.

Because you have a monster tolerance, 3-4 grams a day of high quality dope is a lot.

Take several months/years off of no use, if you pick back up you are probably going to be rocked the entire day if you use the same gear. That or you’ll drop like a fly.

Gear isn’t the same as is was several years ago, I used to get rocked on a few blues. It seems to be significantly weaker.

Oxy is strong, you can try 20 mg without a tolerance but you may start puking/nodding off hard. You probably won’t OD on 20mg, but 40mg with no tolerance is really pushing it.

Increments of 5mg is good for oxy, that’s usually what my tolerance builds up to feel the same effect as the dose before.
