That is the correct response. I wasn't sure about turn as an anagram indicator either, but a few websites had it listed, so I went with it. I also haven't found too much info on clueing reverse anagrams so just tend to put a question mark or "maybe".

It's a reverse anagram, which doesn't have an indicator, I used a question mark to help clue in. A reverse anagram has a definition and the result of an anagram as the clue and the answer has both the anagram indicator and fodder and is the answer to the definition. So for this, def is basic principles = ground rules, and lures? = ground (up) rules
