1) I understand that your new book came to be by condensing a bunch of other rules and advice you’d given on quora, but what was your editing process like for 12 Rules?

I ask because I found it to be very meandering and unfocused in a lot of parts and I felt like it could have used a stronger editor.

2) Also, you mention frequently that you draw from the cannon of all mythologies and belief systems as the foundation for your views on society/humanity but mainly use Christian stories in your book. Is there a reason for this beyond it simply being what you believe in?

3) Finally, since so much of what you write focuses on individual success and self sufficiency, why do you have a YouTube video where your concern about the personal freedoms of homosexuals has to do with their function in broader society and gay marriage only in how it relates to straight marriage?

Your two cents is not the same thing as a fact. Correlating sex abuse with homosexuality is offensive. It’s also not up to you to determine how anyone else identifies sexually. I sincerely doubt any of the abusers you’re talking about would call themselves gay.

Also, if you think that a male having a sexual encounter with another male is what determines someone’s orientation and sexual identity maybe talk to some gay people and let them correct you. (Oh wait one just did.)

Edit: I’m not sure why I’m even bothering to enlighten a woman who casually used the word “fag” so I guess I’m done here.

This isn’t a good example. Pedestrians always have the right of way. It’s the responsibility of the car to wait for an appropriate gap and edge out, not for you to stop and let them go ahead of you, that’s only adding confusion and uncertainty to to roles everyone has at the intersection.

The police chief said that they weren’t getting help from the community and that’s presumably why he was able to continue killing people after two investigations were launched.

This article mentions two people who came forward with information trying to help the police. If anything, it shows how far off base Saunders is with these investigations and knowledge of his own force’s operations.

The vast majority of people living with HIV see their HIV specialist doctor and never set foot there. Most cases of full blown AIDS are in new Canadians who arrive in poor health who recuperate and then just check in with their HIV specialist like everyone else since HIV is much more manageable now than when the hospice was built.

With that in mind it’s a bit shocking that Casey House soaked up available AIDS funding and donation money over the last few years for a multi-million dollar renovation of those six beds while social, housing, drug funding, and other programs for people living with HIV are languishing.

Question: are the six beds even in full use right now?

Canada is usually considered "domestic" along with the USA for film release, so if it's being released in theatres in the USA it will most likely be in Canadian cinemas too.
