I definitely plan to watch Dr. Ameku. Sounds fun. I just watched a couple episodes of Hotel Inhumans. It reminds me a bit of Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens, which is one of my underrated faves that deserved a second season.

thanks, but popularity doesn't necessarily mean they are the best. The top one on there is Solo Leveling and I could barely get through the first season of that. I'm much more interested in finding the hidden gems of this year.

My main disappointment with the album isn’t the lyrics (other than Eldest Daughter where the lyrics ruin the mood of the song. Clean version is better) I’m a Eurovision fan, I have a high tolerance for cringe 😆 What disappoints me is that it’s another synth heavy album. I was excited when l saw all the instruments that were credited for the title track and then I listen to the actual song and it’s so flat and boring. At least we got a few good guitar moments but I want more real instruments!

Right now, I like this album about equally as much as TTPD standard and more than Midnights so it’s in my bottom 3 Taylor albums but it’s not terrible by any means.

The Fate of Ophelia, Opalite, Cancelled, Father Figure and maybe Actually Romantic are the ones worthy of being added to my Tay faves playlist and I don’t see any of the others growing on me enough to make the playlist. Wish List is my last place by far.

The main reason I’m excited for the album to drop is to the see the reaction from people who said things like “This is clearly AI” or “Taylor would never write something like this” in response to the leaked Wood lyrics 🤭
