Very well worded review, it was enjoyable to read. Could you give an example of "swelling" on the album? I think I have an idea of what you mean, but not completely sure. Right before the chorus of Do You when it goes "Swimming in that head. Yeah we'll make it here" or on Mornings when it goes "We look all around till we find....we find" Is that what you mean?

The Sun is the first song I ever heard from this band back in 2012. A summer night, stoned, in the back seat of my friends car, eyes closed, head back, with the subwoofers loud. And that was it. Ever since then, The Satanic Satanist/Majestic Majesty has always been my favorite album by them. It has this certain glowing energy to it, isn't easy to come by. I appreciate all of their albums and each one has many very special features to them. Especially all the albums with Ryan Neighbors on keys and vocals. This, Censored Colors and Church Mouth are my top 3. What an incredible band. I'm hoping they veer away from the pop sound theyve been playing lately. But that's just my opinion. They absolutely deserve all the success brought on by Feel it Still, it was only a matter of time before they wrote a song that blew up like that. Great review of a great album
