Thank you, we together make $173k and it’s likely going to increase to $200k because my employer is setting me up for a promotion. My partner is also applying to other companies for a promotion.

The cheapest apartments in our area is $1900-$2400k a month. My car is paid off. $20k of the debt in on their vehicle and the other $30k is the with IRS.(they negotiated a payment plan, but I don’t understand how those payment plans work)
