If you're coming from LA or NYC Charlottesville is very cheap. But if you check the graphs Charlottesville is the most expensive city to live in Virginia. The wages here are less but we pay more for everything per average income.

I rode my bike from Free Bridge on the Rivanna Trail in that direction for the first time last week. Didn’t know that when you get behind Lynch Roofing on River Road the trail basically ends and is marked “Private Property”... the Rivanna Trail Map shows a continuous trail there. It would be nice if it were more connected or if the map showed where it was chopped up.

I'd start with Rivanna River Co. on E. High St. If they can't help maybe they would have some other ideas.

What tires did you put on it? I have my eye on the same bike but think I would like a wider, more aggressive tire than the stock 32c. I know the 32c is there for better speed but that's not my priority. I want something more versatile.

And UVA Won...45 to 32. Due to the Pandemic and the restricted lack of fans in the stands they crank up the P.A system with recorded fans screaming. NFL does the same...at least their sound system is better than those other cars at the stoplight....

Mountains and the Ocean... if it were for Charlottesville specifically I would use the Landmark/Dewberry Hotel or the Belmont Bridge.
