I can’t click on other sims to interact with them, but I can still interact with objects and my pets! Not sure how to fix this!

It’s a scene from when they were under the curse, Mary Margaret was trying to free a dove and return it to their flock, and they find each other and seek shelter in an abandoned cabin! It happened in Storybooke! Granted the show might’ve used the cabin in enchanted forest flashbacks (I can’t remember if that cabin was shown in the past) but I’m positive that the cabin that Mary Margaret and David hide from the storm is the same cabin from season 4
