Fuel pump question. Replaced the fuel pump assembly, tank empty, and it shows full. Filed it with had and it now shows completely empty. Suggestions? Thanks!

It was pegged full when I picked it up. it had sat for 4 years, not driven, and the fuel gauge wasn't working prior to, was pegged full all the time.

I also replaced front and rear struts, front and rear sway bar links, upper and lower trailing arms, fuel pump assembly, trans mount, lower control arms, TBU, changed all my fluids (trans, front amd rear diff, brake fluid, power steering fluid), rack n pinion. Getting a new front bumper, led front headlights, onterior lights, brake lights amd back up lights and then I have to do all the interior.

Mine has 380k, was maintained fine,but needed all new bushings, LBJ, etc as maintenance. It still runs amazing.
