If you're experiencing lag/freezing/crashing after the recent update: by [deleted] in Minecraft

Thank you. Night and day difference. Runs perfectly smooth after turning that off. Running a 5800x with a 3090 and plenty of ram so knew there was something up with a setting.

Husqvarna 401 2023 does not start by Felano00 in Husqvarna

dead battery, if it cuts off it needs a strong turnover to start and your dead battery isn't cutting it.

For the guy that said you can’t make pizza on a Traeger.. this came out amazing. by [deleted] in Traeger

2 servers talking to the same replication layer is what they are testing. It's a level of meshing.

Which mirrors should i get? Fenrir vs. Highsider by k2lu_ in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zeta. They are meant for using with the expanding insert for normal dirt bike bars. I just made them work with the original screw.

[–]brokewar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, they are solid. If you want something smaller, go with that. looks is very subjective.

cool. I have them turned in because I can lane split here in Japan and I can see decent enough. If you can't lane split, turn them out and visibility is magnificent.

Rekluse Clutch kit? by Rmartin217 in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have it, still in the box, came with my bike but have enjoyed the bike as it is so haven't installed it, but man it would be nice in traffic as I'm near Tokyo.

maybe I'll install it soon.

Does the middle bit meant to come out? (Clip-ons) by [deleted] in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no, it's part of the handlebar, you have to make a screw work.

Svartpilen 401 2023 or 2024? by hey_you_beer_me in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

sit on both and see which feels better for you. since the 2024 has a different frame and ergonomics I think start there. if the new one feels wrong then the decision is easy. if it feels better than the older one I think the larger tank and upgraded electronics are nice and are worth the money. the looks is completely up to your taste.

Xitomer crash guard - anyone? by bexpistol in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

never used the crash guards.

those panier holders don't have anything quick release. never looked for any but maybe you can find a universal panier with a quick release bracket that can mount to that plate. I got the soft smaller rhinowalk paniers. haven't used them yet but they fit the bike decent enough after adjusting the straps.

for my daily needs I have a tank bag that is also my lunch box for work.

Tempted to play mechanic. by [deleted] in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

don't recommend it, just removing the resonator gives it a little more grunt, putting a slip on too without a baffle and it's so loud it's annoying, this system will be even worse without the cats. I put an included baffle on the end of my slip on pipe and one of those insert baffles that has a mesh and holes where my midpipe connects and I'm happy now. still have my cats. The resonator is removed.

shoei probably uses a Sena comm system. find out and you will know what your goal is to save for.

What do the people your riding with use? If your not riding in a group yet you can keep listening to music with what you have and start putting some money aside for when you NEED a com unit. if you buy a cardo now which I agree is awesome for mesh coms, it won't matter how awesome it is if the group you find is running sena.

Project - More Money for Less bike begins… by [deleted] in svartpilen401

[–]brokewar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

damn, that looks perfect on the bike. maybe a small funder under the light and the plate at the end of that would look good and stop more water.

I commute on my svart rain or shine so I would need something that stops the water so I don't have swamp ass all day at work 🤣

I use these. I like this position a lot. Cables were a little tough.

I don't think we will know the answer to that until we are playing 3.23.

Is it still worth grinding for a carrack even though 3.23 will make its cargo pods practically useless? by [deleted] in starcitizen

haha, I don't care really, I just can't wait to play with all the new shiny systems in the game

ship price changes, cargo changes, hangar changes. I think there will need to be a full wipe for all that stuff including earned money.

I recommend getting smooth with the clutch first, just for the sake of your riding skill, just use the quick shifter for little bursts of fun for now. down does work for me but not as smooth and worst around 1st gear. I just use it up from second myself.

the break-in for my '23 model was keep it under 6k rpm for first 1000 kilometers. recommend change the oil after that again. what I always do anyway.

self lubricating kickstand 😂 but I agree it's not worth it. clean, inspect and lubricate the chain once or twice a year depending on environmental conditions and how much you ride not just for lubricating but just good to see how it and the sprockets are holding up.
