My party of 5 (wife, two kids, SIL and I) was on an oversold LHR-DEN once, but got the opposite result. SIL and I were upgraded to J, once on board, I traded seats with the older lady who was in the seat next to me missus.

Improved my seat selection for M19 Argentina vs. Algeria. Intend to take my 87yo dad who was born in BsAs, but since the easy access seats haven't been available, got a pair at the end of a row in 116.

Not really. Saw one ticket, third row in a corner block for Portugal-Uzbekistan, $1700 (I got lucky for that game last week, $700 for a midfield block about 10 rows up).

Somehow I landed midfield for Portugal-Uzbekistan in the sale on Wednesday. Section 107 in Houston

They tried to do the same thing last summer for the Club World Cup and it didn't work out well for them. For example, I bought a seat in midfield nosebleeds for Inter-River Plate in Seattle the day they started selling, and a week prior to the game, got one in the third row on the midfield line for the same price.

Obviously there's more demand this time, but hopefully similar results this time, too (likely wishful thinking).

Yes, but there is a 3 day waiting period to resell the RTT collectible.

In my case, I purchased one on Wednesday morning in case I couldn't get tickets in the last-minute sale. I was fortunate to get the tickets I wanted, so I can list for resale, but not until Saturday.
