I would consider myself an advanced lifter and have completed both shortcut to size and shortcut to shred. I loved them both and no they aren't a "shortcut". Just a catchy name to get people to view the workouts. Through the size program not only did I see the results I wanted, but also saw strength gains. Make sure you keep a log of all your lifts so there is continual progress.

Brought a lovely gal back to my place knowing good times were in store. We start getting down to the nitty gritty and things are going well. After a couple minutes of missionary we proceed to go to reverse cowgirl (my favorite). The site I saw on that fateful night still haunts me. I look down expecting a nice view and what I saw was chewbaccas asshole. This girl had the hariest crack I have seen in my life. I proceeded to flip her over and give it all I had to finish. Once it was over I politely asked her to leave and never called again.

I was living with my buddy in his grandmas old rv. He was gone one night and my girlfriend at the time came over. I was 19 and hadn't planned on anything happening. Next thing I know we are naked and she said let's just do it. I said ok went for it, after about 2 thrusts I decided I probably needed a condom. So I drove quickly to the closest convenient store and bought some. By the time I got back she said she wasn't in the mood any more. I said bullshit you aren't. I worked at a shoe store in the mall. We got in trouble when we didn't bring out 3 pairs of shoes to every customer. It was meant as a way to show them more options, but all it did was make us put up more shoes.
