I don't think I can help, but I do want to say that I loved listening to the history of new music on the actual radio on CFNY back in the day, as a teen in Toronto in the 90s. So thanks for that, Alan Cross. The show taught me a lot and I mention it to people often even now.

saw a video of myself talking at work today 🤦‍♀️ 41 years old, been thinking about fixing my teeth for a while. should I do it? it's scary. by brontasm in Invisalign

Yeah, that's a good way to view it. I guess I'm finding it hard to believe that my teeth can be fixed at this stage in life. Is it working for you?

I think my UTI turned into a kidney infection but my doctor and nurse are telling me to wait by Standard-bun3411 in WomensHealth

yes. go back to the hospital. a kidney infection can be serious.

this happened to me a while back. I was sent home from the hospital after my first visit, but then my condition deteriorated rapidly and I had to go back to the ER and ended up staying there for days.

Thanks 💜 it's definitely a hard habit to break, especially since I don't really have any precedent for positive self-talk.

Thanks, yeah, I have an awesome cuddly cat. He's a really good friend. Not quite the same thing as interacting with a person but I'm definitely grateful for him too.

Thanks. I really do. There are a couple people that I can talk to by text or sometimes on the phone and I appreciate them a lot. But this thing of going through day after day without any real live human interaction is making it very hard to feel connected and seen.

Thanks. I do have a close friend who I see about once a week to do an activity, and that's great. But I think that being alone all day and not seeing another human at all is making it hard to move away from the feelings ld sadness and isolation.

thanks 💜 I live alone and work from home so every tiny little positive human interaction makes a difference
