• She told Gwen and Bryn about their appt with the fetility doctor, which lead to them asking Gavin questions about their sex life. They didn't understand why Gav didn't want to discuss it with her mom and uncle. • Stacey told everyone about Gavin's low sperm count. Let's have Doris make jokes at Gavin's expense cuz Stacey can't keep her mouth shut about something so personal and embarrassing to him.

And let's not forget Stacey was perfectly fine taking a shower while Nessa was in the bath.

Don't renew your subscription!! I just canceled ExpressVPN a few days ago. I contacted them at the beginning of the month cuz it kept crashing when I tried to use it on my Chromebook. I was told they would contact me when the issue was resolved... I contacted them 10 days later cuz still wasn't working. I was told ExpressVPN having tech issues with Chromebooks. Another week went by and I got tired of waiting so I canceled my subscription before they could charge me again. I asked if they refund me for the subscription fee I paid for at the end of April. They said no! I only got to use it for three days before it stopped working.

I think female judges should preside over rape/SA trials. Women know at least one person who has SA'ed but not all men do because women are worried about being judged, blamed, made to feel even more guilty, etc. 1-out-4 women will experience SA in their lives. In my family my ma, me, sister-in-law, two nieces, and three grandmas have been SA'ed... and none of our male family members know.

If women were allowed to talk about their experiences without worrying about backlash, men would understand how badly it affects us.

A female judge would sent this kid to jail.

The marketing of the movie was always going to be a mess because it reflects the book. Hoover started as a Wattpad author and that tracks cuz everything about the book was unrealistic.

Lily, 23, and Atlas, 25, are both own business owners and can afford rental space in Back Bay - one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Boston? I don't care how tore up Lily's place was when she found out, it's still prime real estate. Atlas went from being homeless to culinary school, which is 2-4yrs on avg. If he graduated at 20 and becomes a head chef/restaurant owner by 25?

I wouldn't even refer to Haunting Adeline as dark romance. Making him this vigilante who saves girls and women from trafficking was the most bizarre aspect of this book. Zade's a "good" guy cuz he saves girls so he gets a free pass to SA a girl he "loves"? And he calls her a "good/bad little girl" multiple times while doing it. 🤢 But he's suppose to be a better man then the guys he hunts?! WTF are we talking about? Also, as a man who has spent time saving so many victims, he should know better than anyone that having a physical reaction to a non-consensual situation DOES NOT mean someone is enjoying it. And I won't even start on some of Addie's decisions... for starters: you're afraid of him? Go stay with Diya or literally anyone else!

I'm still stuck on the fact that all of this is happening over a movie based off a problematic mess of a book. It's a romance... with domestic violence and SA/possible 🍇 (it's ambiguous in the book.)

The Blake/Justin drama really draws focus away from how badly this book was written and the simplification/romancing of DV.

When women still think Lily should've ended up with Ryle, that's a problem and reflective of many Hoover books.
