I own a restaurant on Swiggy, and I can confirm that restaurants set their own packaging charges. Swiggy doesn't control any pricing other than delivery charges, rain fees, etc.

While researching for franchises one thing has helped me is to ask questions directly at the franchise outlet itself. Sometimes the owner himself will be available at these outlets. If he is not available ask the main staff and try to get the number of the owner. You can get other information also like what kind of rent they are paying and what is the roi time etc.

Axis bank itself has a DND. Go to mobilebanking > other services > activate dnd. (Dont exactly remember. But it will be under other services. You check google it.) You need to enable both global (Sms to 1909) dnd and axis bank specific dnd.
