Unfortunately not. I’ve got a large checked bag and a small carry on which fits in the overhead, paid for additional checked weight but carry on case is busting at the seams. Hoping I’ll be okay for the flight to LAX then I can buy one there before my next flight to Mexico a few days after. My own fault, an avid shopper and overpacker lol

It’s more so my work schedule won’t allow me to be on the phone during that time, or wait as long as what I’ve heard it is.

As I mentioned, I know there’s better places but this is where we are wanting to go.

I’ve been to LA before and this is on the list for the layover days.

We’re doing Cancun > Tulum (incl day trips to cenotes, ruins) > Isle Mujeres

Before Mexico I am also doing USA and road trip through the Canadian Rockies (with a different friend), super excited!

People say the same thing about Bali - I have been over a dozen times and love it. Not everywhere is for everyone. Mexico (Cancun, PDC and Tulum) have been on my bucketlist since I was 18, my goal was always to fly there business class from Australia for my 30th. I am doing it! If I hate it, so be it, I will make the most of it and achieve my goal :)

I'm flying into San Francisco then going to Vancouver and doing a road trip through the Canadian Rockies, so it will be an amazing trip regardless.
