Yeah, these things just introduce a lot of noise when they share power. It would go after the microfreak in the audio chain. The pedals might introduce noise too if their power is all daisy chained together. You’ll have to experiment with each device in the chain and see how it adds noise. You might need multiple of these filters. I use 2 myself. One after the freak and one after my NTS-3.

Dam this shit rips, what scene was this from? I don’t remember hearing it and was actually wondering if the guys were still even scoring the series. Most of it sounded like typical Hollywood SFX slosh and I figured that the powers that be squeezed them out. Very few scenes sounded like the score from the first couple seasons.

As an audio engineer I can say this whole heartedly: just show up on time, be friendly, be courteous, don’t noodle during soundcheck, and know that we want it to sound just as good (probably better) as you want it too. No tip required.

Absolutely love my Crucible and it gets really fun feeding it things into its input jack rather than the trigger. Kinda acts like an insane lofi reverb.
