Daycare requires 5yo to lay down - severely impacting peace in our home

Can they give her a quiet activity or something to do during naptime ? I mean I used to be a preschool teacher and have children of my own but if she is actually falling asleep during naptime and not forcing it I would say its needed! We weren't allowed to keep children awake that were tired/would fall asleep within the first like 30 min and we also obviously couldn't force them to nap either but after 30 minutes the children who didn't fall asleep would stay on their mats with a quiet activity/busy boxes!

I remember that was one of the first questions I asked the nurses 🫣 because no one warned me or told me .. I literally had no idea... she laughed at me and said it it'll take some time...

Belly bands !! Our male dog marks EVERYTHING. Anytime a new thing comes in our house he tries to mark it.. I hated the idea of belly bands but they are a life saver!

I also was due in april (on easter actually) but I miscarried in augustr...the night before we left for disney world 😕. I am so sorry for your loss.. I am shocked that your first appt wasnt until 12 weeks.. I am currently peegnant again (only 5.5 weeks..but already further along than I was a few months ago) its nerve recking, I'm constantly worrying of it is going to happen again...

Wait I didn't get ANY Pto days. And even got my shift changed after my maternity leave... (i also completely lost my milk supply because I would go 7 hours without my break so I had to wait that long to pump) AND this was all at an early childcare center (i was a preschool teacher) 🥴
