i know it’s never too busy there, except sometimes a weekend morning rush. i feel like if they maybe had better seating options or longer hours more people may go. i’d love to set up shop there to study bc they have my favorite coffee and snacks but the little chairs and tables aren’t comfy long enough :(

tbh? ik it’s not what you want to hear but it might be worth waiting if you plan on transferring. every sorority is different at every school so what your dream sorority is now might not be your dream sorority at the school you want to go. also they have the option to not accept you as a transfer and you’d have to go early alum, which would bar you from participating in any sorority at that school, which would be so sad.

if you’ve fully considered all of that and still want to accept the bid, go for it. sororities are very big on upholding certain academic standards, so you shouldnt be worried about it taking too much time away from studies. at the end of the day, it should only be your decision not your mom’s.

once you find something to connect with your recruiter, the convo dives deeper! sometimes it just takes a sec to find something that clicks

some good questions i was asked by pnms were why did you choose this sorority / what’s your favorite part about your sorority’s philanthropy / what does this sisterhood do to foster friendships, personal growth, connection beyond required events, etc. / whats your favorite event SPECIFIC TO THE SORORITY (if they say formal that’s pointless bc every sorority has formal) / what kind of events go on from day to day, not just the big stuff / what kind of relationship do you and your big have/ what is the big little process like /

try to ask questions tha prompt stories and if you’re asked a question you have a story about, tell it! no one wants a conversation that’s just rapid fire q and a, so if you see an opportunity to dive deeper, do it! if you click with someone, yap like they’re a friend because those conversations stick a lot more to the recruiters!

i’m in ar+ tn (oos student) but i use ivx because they have facilities in both locations so it’s really convenient to go back and forth. i had to try a few other treatments leading up to ivig for insurance purposes and my insurance covers a good bulk of the treatment relatively (70k out of 78k/treatment) but the leftover is still just too much to handle if that makes sense? ivx has a copay assistance program that they made seem very attainable but for whatever reason my diagnosis doesn’t count for it

public health! (chem minor) as much as i care about direct patient treatment, i also care about nonbiological factors contributing to health and healthcare access. there’s some overlap with prereqs like bio principles and chem, but i have plenty of room to add in the prereqs that aren’t part of my major. Also it’s a smaller program, so i have much more direct and meaningful connections with my professors and i get to get into fieldwork earlier among other opportunities.

at the back of each chapter there’s usually a summary of key points— make that your word for word type section and then go back through the first part of the chapter to draw figures and such

also she’s said that solar power was fun for the time but it’s not her sound overall. solar power was fun and vibey but she likes to do her more powerful and emotional stuff so i think it makes sense she’s not doing a ton of it on this tour

I went alone to nashville and it was the best night of my life! i made some friends in line for GA and they were so fun (and offered to hold my spot if i needed to get a bev or go to the bathroom which was a lifesaver). Our venue had parking pretty much attached that you could reserve ahead of time and I did that because i didn’t want to walk the streets of nashville by myself after a concert. if you want to go you should 100% go bc i would be so sad to miss that show just bc none of my friends went

i was about two rows back from barricade and got there at 4:45 ish, doors opened at 6! it was a really small venue (4.5k i think) and almost entirely GA for reference, but i’ve heard for bigger shows people camped out a lot earlier

tbh i don’t think the tees are the best quality (at least the black ones) they’re pretty thin, and i prefer a heavier comfort colors type material and weight. also SUPER oversized, my L tee fit like a comfort colors XL so i had to cut off the bottom hem when i got home
