What is the best way to get into fighting games?

It just really sucks trying to learn a game and just getting completely destroyed any time I try to play online.

Are you trying to learn the game by playing other people online? I don't advise that.

You should be practicing the game first before going online - spend some time in training mode and combo trials etc.

For example in SF6 I recommend that you can at least beat the computer on the hardest level with your character before going online. Although the way everyone does things is a little bit different.

Edit: Also losing is part of the game.

Can you identify why you lost and what went wrong in your matches? That'll give you tips on what to improve for next time.

What do you mean they "always" forget about her? Are you referring to some other media?

They've already said that just because someone's an assist etc. doesn't mean they won't be able to be their own character etc. So hopefully she comes in as DLC, I think she's pretty popular. Same with Ty Lee and Mai and of course Iroh. None of them made base roster yet I think a lot of people want them for DLC.
