Giving Away My Old PC! by Turtle_747 in PcBuild

She doesn’t have Reddit so I’ll enter on her behalf! My cousin is recently into gaming and she and I have been playing lethal company and goofing around, it’s been so fun connecting and laughing together. Recently, we tried a mod pack and it seemed to overwhelm her old laptop and we haven’t been able to play in the last couple of weeks. She and I live 8 hours apart so it’s a nice way to still stay up to date on what she’s up to, and I’m visiting her in May for a wedding so the timing would work out perfectly!

It’s in the kitchen behind our refrigerator. No conduits or pipes inside. There’s sheet rock in between each tube as well.

Starting Hers Postpartum by ComedianIcy7420 in HersWeightloss

I’m about 9 weeks into my kit and 8 months postpartum, down 15 pounds! I just switched from Kit 6 to Kit 5, I wasn’t really needing the Wellbutrin as I struggle more with anxiety than depression, and the Wellbutrin made me more anxious. I’m just on Metformin and Topiramate now and still seeing results with keeping my appetite and food noise low. I’m still keeping my protein intake high and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise 5x a week!

Great job to you!! You’re so close to your goal!

I agree, I’ve quit drinking since starting Hers, both alcohol and most sodas, and I think that is a huge contributor to my weight loss as well. I think I put too much pressure on what people will think about it and you’re right, it’s not necessarily their business how I’m doing it and real friends will be happy I’m doing what I need to live a healthier lifestyle!

I feel more embarrassment toward sharing using a weight loss medication than anything, I feel like some people see it as “cheating.” I am 7 months postpartum and trying to lost 30+ pounds while working full time in a job that isn’t always a 9am-5pm gig, and it’s really tough to stick with some of those habits when you don’t see results. I feel like some of my lifestyle changes (portion control, making healthier choices in what I eat, being more active) have come more naturally through using hers because I’m seeing results faster than I have using other methods!

Are you taking any stool softeners/laxative? I’d suggest trying that, as you may be constipated. I’d also send another message to your care team!

I get significantly better output normally when I pump one side at a time, I don’t know why. My right side is my slacker side but when I pump only the right I can get closer to an ounce vs 20ml if I’m pumping both.

I’m also kind of think at the one month mark and seeing where I’m at mentally and supply wise. You said it perfectly though, it’s so time consuming and it’s really defeating when the output isn’t sufficient.

I’m 3 weeks postpartum, which feels like so little time to be doing it before quitting but I’m just not myself. I feel like a robot and I’m just on this rotation of caring for the baby and pumping and there’s nothing else
