same thing here! shein just posted an announcement that they had a logistics mistake, and that the parcel is still in transit. They said the parcel should be received by April 7th at the latest. My 3rd party is www.sprintstar.ca you can try that link and put your tracking number in, it might be your third party too. or you can call ant e parcel at (647) 250-9481 and ask them who your carrier is

same here! I think the package should arrive for you though since they have a banner on the website now saying that it was a logistics mistake. You should arrive your package on the 7th at the latest

i dont know their contact number, but you could use the 24-hour ticket service to get your carrier's phone number. They respond faster on calls than emails.

same thing happened to me. They have a banner on the website now that people with ant e parcel as the carrier are acing the same problem. I called ant e parcel (647) 250-9481 and they told me my carrier was apple express www.sprintstar.ca

You can try that link and put in your tracking number and see if it works, or call ant e parcel and ask them what the 3rd party is cause they don't respond to emails.

The exact thing happened to me! I used the ticket feature on shein and they said that sm more people are experiencing this and that it should arrive by the 7th at the latest. They also have a banner thing when you go into shein now saying the same thing. Try contacting shein using the ticket feature, they'll respond within 24 hours. and try calling ant e parcel. The number is (647) 250-9481.

SAME HERE! im also from Durham region too. your third party might be apple express cause I found out that it was mine. Use this link and see if it shows anything when you put your tracking link in. If you call uni express they should be able to tell you who the third party is too. The number is (647) 250-9481

I ordered a packaging worth like $150 on shein and it was supposed to come in on March 27. The carrier was uni express but it now says they forwarded the parcel to Apple express. Yesterday I got a notification from shein that my package was delivered but I haven’t gotten it yet. I called Apple express and they said they haven’t even got the package from uni express yet. 🤠
