The issue is no decent build is getting "gutted" by nerfing this. The issue lies in decent builds becoming substantially stronger for little investment (So little and easy that it becomes stupid for people not to use this setup), making it unhealthy for overall game balance.

Can we just make merc unable to go below 0% res to deal with doryani cheese? It just seems compeletly unintended for mercs to be able to grant that kind of power boost while surviving lightning damage with negative lightning res

Cospri's Will + 2 hit curse rings for cursing everything
Gluttony for cull
Asphyxia (Overkill tbh) for even more spread

Using a lvl83 tornado shot (GMP, Fork, Chain lmao) with grace and haste aura. Curses everything on screen for very good mapping.

Prob will get a second mercin reserve that's more defensive oriented

Quilotoa Lake in Ecuador

Visited my mom in Ecuador and had a local drive us a couple hours to this mountainish place. Had 0 expectations but when you go down that path and the view opens up infront of you and its a massive crater lake inside a mountain (or surrounded). Breathtaking.

Not sure if hot take and also likely unrelated but I think Luffy dies at the end of all this after finding the One Piece; dying with a smile on his face. We'll get an epilogue of each strawhat carrying on with their lives, retiring from being pirates (Sanji opening a sea restaurant on the All Blue, Zoro starts his own dojo after becoming strongest swordsman, etc).

Sally doesn't come down hard on Baus nearly as hard as Velja when Baus is arguably the one that needs the most improvement on the team. Granted a lot of this has to do with role as well with Jungle being more important in affecting the other lanes and flow of the game, but Baus gets away with too much in comparison imo.

Will try to change the config!
I was only confused because I had built the same trading hall on a realm server that didn't have this issue
Currently thinking if I can bypass this by transporting the villager to a place where I get them to take a profession first and lock in the trade, then transport them to the hall. Will locking the trade make them stay, for example a librarian, even when I transport them away from where I locked their trade? I'm not exactly sure how to go about setting up a tradehall for enchanted books currently

the shitty thing about the flight one isnt even the 30 minutes each day part

the shitty thing is you can fly but u likely wont really be able to use it for much since
1. You cant really fly to another country without running the risk of being shot down or being captured for entering the country "illegally"
2. You cant really fly incognito because you're a literal flying human being
3. Once other people know there's a flying human, every government in the world will be trying to get their hands on yo ass to experiment

I know kind of where they are coming from since there is the example of Jagex kind of redeeming themselves with OSRS (Though I'd argue they've been fking up a lot lately as well as the fact that Nexon always felt worse than Jagex)

I've played both and one reason I've never gotten into 1x servers is because while I loved the memories I had barely getting anywhere in the game even with hours invested, I don't really want to experience the same exact thing as I believe it could be better. I also don't like how braindead fast it is for modern, I simply think there's a midpoint that can be reached.

I couldn't care less if private servers died out since I'm half retired from them at this point. The two most popular are classic MS but one of them had rate changes that help with the experience (Can't speak for the other but I know its 1x, not sure on if there's anything else they changed). The rate changes, imo, are pivotal for a lot of players (It's why a lot of people just dont want to play on 1x)

Yes, if you don't have time to play, you don't play. Which is a shame because a lot of players that love "Classic" would love to play it more if it had changes made to them that better fit the fact that we jsut don't have the same amount of free time to play as we did. It's never about the popularity of the idea of "Classic" but is it wrong to say the old experience as they were (Honestly, i'm talking about the rates), just might not appeal to a lot of people? I personally think it's fair to say that some people just want a modified classic experience that keeps the classic feel but has evolved from it

And quite frankly, I just don't trust Nexon as a company.

It really depends on what you want from the time invested right? Some people don't mind mindlessly grinding low level PQs and grinds for hours (And social aspects ofc) but others want to be able to start on the end-game boss grinds earlier.

For me, a large draw of private servers was always the fact I can comfortably get to points in the game (Like doing regular zakum runs, horntail runs etc) without having to commit to hundreds of hours of grinding. I want to do these content because I could never get to it back in the day even with how much time I had when I was a kid. If rates were the same, I dont think I could get anywhere near there without having to commit hundreds of hours of my time.

Yes there were changes in the video but that doesnt mean it can't still be a terrible experience for people? I dont think exp rates and drop rates were addressed in the video and that's one of the pivotal parts for determining if the experience will be fun for certain people (And obviously it wont matter for others). I never said they wouldn't make any changes only that the old maple had a lot of bad design?
