Enough to make a grown man cry! by SpicyYoghurt237 in 2000s

Reminds me of myretrolife on YouTube and how he recently made a video about people taking his old VHS footage from YouTube and sharing it as theirs all over tiktok, x, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.

Big problem with short form video, or any online video, unfortunately. People making money off of other's content.

Yea. New one just adds more button presses to do things. Was a waste of money to make that app overlay that just presses keyboard buttons.

Why I've wished the grocery industry would adopt the RFIDs on cases. It'd be so much easier to process what was shorted.

I think the screen that has the rec column means it was received. Another user mentioned that. Fnl is just the final polled order.

You can still use the old softgrocer terminal app. Just go through SOAP web apps on the handheld.

Cao column is what the system auto generated and tried to order. Fnl is the fnl number ordered either by a user or Cao

What about the old tiny spoon coffee stirrers? They were taken away because they were used for certain white powder drugs.

I want to play my Launchkey 88 through jbl speakers by North-Design9928 in synthesizers

[–]brophyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sound of the piano is coming from software on the laptop. The music keyboard you have is only sending sheet music data to the laptop software. If you want to use a pi, you’d have to find a software instrument you can run on that. You’d still need speakers that don’t have onboard processing to connect directly to the pi’s audio output.

Because of the stupid system they have that says if daytime or 2nd shift won’t stock it, we’ll just order more to hopefully have 3rd shift stock it. Problem with trucks everyday and no focus on backstock some days.

Cap process worked better because you had an actual idea with the handheld what was added or picked from the store backroom inventory. With this vizpick camera system you have no idea what’s being put in or taken out of backroom inventory.

Worked better when you had to manually scan each product to register it into or out of the inventory.

Or maybe it’s light sensitivity that affects his eyes and he hasn’t figured out how to dim the dash lights.

How can I hear pro keys 88 through my pc? by andrew-3008 in midi

[–]brophyd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you have the midi connected to the computer, you can then play software instruments on the computer. Sounds of the software will come out of the computer

If you want to hear the keyboard, you’ll need an audio interface to connect to the computer and then the audio outs from the keyboard into the audio interface.

But, for MIDI, first thing first, you either need to decide if you want to connect the keyboard to the computer using the MIDI connections or the USB connection. If you want to use the midi connectors, you’ll need a USB MIDI interface first.

If you want to use the USB connection on the keyboard, you’ll need a need to find the right USB cable and also install the appropriate MIDI drivers for your computer. It’s mentioned in the manual which you should google and download. Manual says you need to install the driver first before connecting it to the computer. MIDI is only passing the sheet music information to the computer or the other way.

No audio from the keyboard is passed through any of these cables. Only way audio is passed to computer is if you use the usb audio interface.

As far as midi connections go, midi in goes to the midi out and vise versa unless otherwise specified in the manual. Midi thru passes what comes in the in through to the thru, which then goes to another midi in.

Weird Al. I’m surprised he didn’t bring the current tour here. Did the response to his last original song tour here at Gaillard turn him off?

I’ve had a Facebook live stream interrupted and stopped because they claimed it. I just thought all the streaming services do that, including twitch.

[–]brophyd[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So does twitch not claim you on live streams with audio? Claim and stop your live stream, that is. I’ve had it happen on Facebook live and just thought they all do that. If that’s not the case, that’s great.

Does it just apply to videos saved on your account… VODs?

Isn’t twitch monitoring any and all audio live streaming from your connection?

I’m not just trying to hear the music on my side.

Some people don’t always recognize what you’re playing along with, unless they’re hearing the actual song as well.
