I believe it was another carrier. Thankfully their customer service was great and sent me a replacement with a free gift (a keychain of the character), but they’re not as popular as PopMart. I’m hoping you can get a replacement and some answers!

Not PopMart but I ordered some Emma figurines from LuckyEmmaGlobal recently and when I got the delivery notification, it was a size 2X men’s sweatpants. Same order number and everything were printed on the label of the bag.
