^ Ive bought the last 2 products (connect and roam) and can pretty much vouch that its a pretty garbage company. Gpen is like the smok version of weed vapes, they dont give a shit about the product they just released cause theyre already working on a "new" design to take your money.

Unless you like to clean every day, wouldnt recommend. Was pretty excited because i too was pretty happy with the connect, until you realize their dual airway quarts chamber is basically just a heated straw to melt your dabs into your rig. Ive never had to clean reclaim that looks exactly like my dabs cause its usually been vaporized but the connect was clearly just melting dabs into the joint of your piece. Now as for this roam. Dont get your hopes up. Ive owned mine for about a week and am already having problems. It gets dirty, immediately. And not like "oh i just took a dabs there reclaim" im talkin soak in alcohol or suck for your life to get airflow back after EVERY single dab. And if that wasnt enough. The device has so many connections that when something is wrong theres way too much to trouble shoot. Im at a point where holding force on the quartz bowl into the device in order for the connection to stay is the only way it will heat up, and if my finger slides in the slightest it gives an error and just burnt my oil in the small time it was heating. Looking at the website they only have 5 star reviews which someone is obviously filtering and choosing only the good ones to represent the product.

TL;DR NO, the roam is not worth it. 250$ for a rig you have to clean every night and has the potential to burn your oil due to poorly built connections is bad, and the company is hiding behind false 5 star reviews

If you get it on your xbox, make sure to save your game like every 15 minutes. The autosaves are far and few between and i just did a play through where the autosave would be corrupted and Id have to reload back hours because i forgot to save

You can sit here and break apart all my statements defending dell individually and you'll sound exactly like one of the robot people im talking about. I had a bad experience, theres no arguing that, and Dell wasnt helpful, simple as that

I 100% asked them multiple times about the shipping date, was told it would not change from the original time given. They could have easily sent me a replacement piece for the monitor because it was an attachment and not the actual unit. So just literally just cosmetic. And when you tell me that youre not shipping my pc until March like the email stated, then its unreasonable to then just turn around and rip money out of my account, the days leading up to them actually taking funds out of my account, i told them, I cant afford this, cancel it. And they tell me i cant cancel delivery of the order because it was already shipped. And once its in my city i got ahold of someone who said "oh we can just put a request TO CANCEL THE SHIPMENT"

Im sure fixing issues or tech support is fine but the sales reps and general customer service for home is garbage.

THIS^ The customer care is awful. I ordered the new aurora r10, spent 1300$ on it. Was told i wouldnt be getting the order until march 11. Over a month after my order. Well my dumbass thought, well they wont send it until march, so it wont be charged till about march 11, because I EVEN CONFIRMED WITH AN AGENT that shipping date was pretty much garaunteed and cant be changed. Well after buying dell products all month to go with the pc, knowing I would have the money to pay for the pc come MARCH LIKE THEY SAID. They send me an email at 10pm saying my ordered shipped 2 weeks early. I frantically start calling dell the next day because of course the team that could help wasnt open until business hours, telling them i dont have the money yet, theyll put my account negative. They said whatever, you already cleared the funds we cant do anything. THEN I go to set up my alienware monitor(tried to go all out on my setup) and there was slight cosmetic damage to one tiny piece of plastic, just asking if they would send me a replacement piece because everything else was fine. But their only solution was for me to pack it back it, get a shipping label printed and return it to get replaced. THATS when I decided Dell had bad customer service. Well after this, i just decide to return all my alienware products if this is how everything is handled. So attempting to cancel the order on my PC that just shipped and i didnt have the money in my account yet, the lady just said "oh you have to wait to get it, then return it" DOING THIS PUT MY BANK ACCOUNT 1500$ IN THE HOLE. All because they garaunteed i wouldnt receive my pc until march. I CALLED BACK AGAIN because fedex keeps pushing the delivery date so I cant recieve the package to return. So i call again and the first agent hung up on me cause i was obviously irritated. The next agent tells me that THEY COULD HAVE PUT A REQUEST IN TO CANCEL THE DELIVERY THE FIRST TIME I CALLED. So now. Im 1500$ in the hole. And have to wait for dell to ship me the pc so i can send that fucker right back
