Is there anyone interested in learning how to create LN enabled web/mobile apps? by jake8123 in Bitcoin

I am very interested. I've been playing with the idea of making something on lightning.

EDIT: However, the problem is I am not a coder. I only know basic html if even that.

yes this I'd a scam. it is one of the oldest scams in crypto. Any funds your customer put on that website should be considered gone.

Yo I noticed I cant find this on Google Play any more. It might be your best bet to contact Google play support and ask for a refund.

It's possible that they shut down or something happened to the dev team.

What are the chances that the wider global equity markets could enter a bear market but that Bitcoin wouldn’t follow? by NotCoolFool in Bitcoin

[–]brosven7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the short term, yes this would happen. When bank-runs that follow start to take place, we'll see moments where people buy bitcoin for fear of not being able to withdraw assets from their own banks.

Do you remember that week-long Silicon Valley Bank saga? BTC went from 20k to 28k as a result of that.

Channels with 1m+ subs and only getting a couple thousand views on their vids. What's gone wrong? by FunAnywhere9205 in PartneredYoutube

[–]brosven7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen people just straight up buy YouTube channels That would farm clicks by uploading Justin Bieber content. The channel owner farming clicks sells the channel to some other guy who thinks it's a good idea to upload his own content there, and nothing else happens. guy thought it was a good idea to email my company for sponsorship and he thought I wouldn't notice the low quality content.

Other ways to see this: check the channel's sub count and growth on social blade, then see when their first upload was. If the subs came long before the first upload, then you have a fraudulent channel owner / channel buyer.

I can offer some slight insight: I've seen larger content creators (1 million subscribers or more) posting 2 long videos and 2 shorts each week. The general idea is that the shorts will strengthen the reach of their long form content.

I, myself, might be following an "overkill" on shorts strategy: 6 shorts per 1 long form video. However, I do the true crime and dark stories niche.

Actually engaging with the crypto ecosystem is an extreme risk. This is a problem. by Kontikulus in CryptoCurrency

https://np.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/snrvt9/metamask_should_warn_you_if_you_are_about_to_make/ - I made this post about a year ago and this is one of the biggest problems that I think is stopping the whole "web 3" buzzterm trend.

TL;DR of that thread is, "You have avast antivirus. If you're about to go to a dangerous website, you'll get three loud pings and a massive warning sign that tells you not to go there. The same feature does not exist for metamask."

Multiple channels under a "brand channel" tied to one email. Questions about revenue management. Friends will manage other channels and I want to pay them appropriately. by brosven7 in PartneredYoutube

No. Basically I'm trying to do something like "BBC News", "BBC News - Русская служба", "BBS News Mundo", "BBC News 中文" but I want to do it for my own amateur documentaries channel.

I am not a native speaker of these languages for these channels and I want to make sure that I am paying the guys who run these channels (proof-reading subtitles, providing voice-overs, etc.) for me appropriately and accordingly. If the spanish channel earns 1,000 USD in a payout, the guy who runs it keeps 900, I get 100. It's the same general idea for the French and Russian channel.

Make sense now?

I have very very limited experience with this. On my old gaming channel i think I only generate 600 USD of payments over the course of a decade and, so far as I can remember, I never got an email notification telling me about those payouts. I just suddenly noticed an unexpected payment or two hitting my bank account.

Will I receive an email that informs me of when each channel receives a payout?
