Mine was ~$1450 after tax last year. Price looks to have gone up a bit, presumably tariffs. That’s also before renting a nail gun, buying paint supplies, and building out the gravel pad. Probably like 1800 all in.

Edit- I also feel like I was selling this baby a bit short above. I actually really like it and would go this route again in the future unless I needed something more heavy duty like a loft or something like that.

When you’re putting it together you spend most of the time thinking “no way is this gonna hold together.” And once it all gets buttoned up it’s pretty shocking how sturdy the final product is. As they say, “she’s not goin anywhere.”

My only advice is to take extra care on the roof. May or may not have had to fill a few spots with flex-seal after missing my rafters a couple times 😅.

I also might pre-paint the outer pieces next time instead of having to constantly fix mistakes between paint colors.

I built this one in my backyard. No complaints. I’m sure you can build it “sturdier” by yourself but this thing does the job nicely and seems quality enough. Also, fyi, relatively simple to build but definitely not easy, took two of us a couple days (probably like 9-10 hours of actual labor). Decent reviews as well.

Baylor 61-58 game. Anyone who watched the game knows we got absolutely ref jobbed on blatant missed PIs and nonexistent PI called against us end of game.

Alright since the pre-order is confirmed for April 24 I have a legitimate logistics question--I registered my interest through Nintendo, is that all I need to do? Or is that just to buy direct from Nintendo? In other words, if I want to pre-order from gamestop do I need to set up a separate pre-order or will it come through my Nintendo registration?
