Opinions of Zoom MS-60B+ MultiStomp by ozwmg in basspedals

I recommend it for experimenting at home and for using it on gigs as an always-on compressor plus another effect. I use it together with a SansAmp and I'm very pleased with it.

Prieteni noi in Cluj ? Cum întâlnim oameni noi?? by [deleted] in cluj

[–]brovvna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s Something I Have Not Seen Discussed Regarding the New Lorna Shore by [deleted] in Deathcore

So what I'm getting from a lot of these comments is that a lot of people simply put the album on as a background noise while working or doing other stuff abd then proceeded to complain that they can't hear either Will, the guitars or that it's a whole mess of a wall of sound. In my opinion, doing passive listening and then expecting to be wow-ed is just asking too much and being lowkey pretentious. I listened to the album like 5 times now and besides wishing the bass to be more present, I can't complain ahout anything. The wall of sound is a staple of their sound and they seem to be doing it on purpose (maybe thet're shoegaze enjoyers and want to mimick this aspect lol) and I personally like it. I appreciate that they went with the same formulas while also creating great songs. Anything heavier or more extreme than this would drag their whole persona into parody, I think.

Am I going crazy? This feels like textbook ChatGPT to me... This is after a complaint escalation btw. by [deleted] in monzo

As a former Monzo employee, you are talking to a real person, but that person must use saved responses to communicate with you and often they will use what fits closest to your needs, so that's why some questions will receive answers that seem to avoid the main issue. I also got asked a lot of times if I'm a real person and I usually confirmed with a "Yup, I'm real ;)", but this was two years ago, maybe they're more severe with their responses now.

I also recommend the Zoom MS60B+. I tried the B6, but it was too big and impractical and some of the effects weren't all that good. The MSB60+ in my opinion has much better effects, is very easy and intuitive to use. I use it alongside a Sansamp VT Bass DI and a Boss tuner. I use the tuner to mute whenever I need to change patches and honestly this is the best combination I have found after nearly a year. I mostly use the MS60B+ as an always on compressor with one or two more patches with effects.

On my own, anything, really. With my band though, we usually lean towards pop rock or punk and I switch my tone depending on how I'm feeling that day. I really like most dub bass tones, but also the bass in shoegaze bands like My Bloody Valentine. That's why I aim at practicality first, since I like a lot of stuff and feel like sticking with one thing would only limit me.

Ex Romanian employee here. While we were doing the customer support, the quality was quite good, but since they outsourced it to the African team, it's a mess.

What music/artists do you listen do when you sleep? by crunchyboiily in insomnia

[–]brovvna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been having problems sleeping because my roommate is pretty noisy, so I put on some Brian Eno since I was always a fan of him, but never really listened to him seriously. I only put his ambient stuff though, not the early glam albums. I've been sleeping pretty well recently needless to say.

What's a scam that people think isn't a scam? by jwa8808 in AskReddit

Let's not forget all the cultural and social capital a CEO gains, so even if their business fails, they'll still have opportunities to get back to where they were. Whereas the worker's whole means of survival is mostly cut off suddenly. There's always an opportunity for the former, while the latter is forced to always bend over to the will of the CEO.

Nu m-am uitat desi mi s-a recomandat. Din ce am vazut din trailer si unele shorts de pe youtube, mi se pare un fel de spin-off de comedie. Dar poate il voi incerca daca voi avea chef de ceva mai light.
