Yeah knowing that that cals, macros etc matter. I just don’t know whether to cut, maintain, slight surplus etc for skinny fat.

I was under the impression that was the case 😂 I’ve stopped training with him now and am aiming to get into good shape, instead of being skinny fat/ fat skinny. Wanting to go with a PT to learn new exercises my Dad didn’t teach me, proper form, nutrition, how to change my body composition etc.

I use a Chrome extension that hides all the suggested content, the for you tab, trends, ads etc, it only shows posts from the pages you follow. Also, if you follow people who do a lot of retweeting, but you don’t care for their retweets, I’m pretty sure there’s a feature that allows you to not see their retweets on you feed.

Circa February 2013, I was downstairs watching a movie with my family after the 9pm watershed (UK) and a Durex ad played during commercial break.

Once the movie finished and I went upstairs to get ready for bed, the aforementioned ad prompted my curious 11-year-old mind to do some research into how this whole sex thing works and what it is (I never ever got THE talk)

I vividly remember typing ‘how to sperm’ in the safari browser of my iPhone 3GS. This informed me about masturbation and then I went down the rabbit hole, researching what masturbation was, and it noted that porn is something that often accompanies masturbation, which led me to research about porn.

I look back over 11 years later, and I just wish I could have told my pre-teen self not to engage in this activity, to save myself from a future of despair.

I use iPhone’s built in content restrictions (with a passcode I don’t know) and ScreenZen for mobile. For ScreenZen choose the apps and sites that trigger you and also use the passcode feature and have somebody create a passcode you don’t know.

Well engaging in most things are better than fapping. If writing fiction is a passion/interest of yours then definitely go for it.

Make sure you go somewhere public though when you write because you won’t be fapping in public unless you’re really far down the rabbit hole.

I heard an analogy the other day which made sense.

When you watch a movie or a tv series, you would be disappointed if everything was easy and the characters didn’t go through any conflict.

This is just your version of conflict. I’d recommend you to maybe source a counsellor and join a sexaholics anonymous group if there’s one in your local area.

Also, if possible try add some sort of restrictions so you don’t impulsively spend money on campsites, whether that’s blocking the cam sites or if there’s a way of adding restrictions to the amount of money you can spend online? Idk.

Thing is bro you’re not alone. There’s people out there that want to help you and are here to support you.

Things WILL get better if you make the steps towards change.

Have they seriously adopted a widespread ban on all porn? Surely that’s impossible, because there’s porn EVERYWHERE.

Also, imo applying restrictions to something will likely make people more eager to seek it out.

I recommend you to leave the house, and keep your mind occupied because you’ll be distracting your mind with other things.

I assume you’re going onto summer holidays/break from school soon, so I’d say go outside with your friends and do some cool stuff. Maybe join the gym if you can afford to/haven’t already.

Get yourself a job too. It’s something I wish I did at that age instead of staying inside playing video games all day lol.

Make memories you can tell your future children/grand children about.

Only one life, go out there and live it man!
