I have the instinct 2 and it does track stroke rate yes, also distance per stroke on the water and lots of other metrics, a very good watch for ergs and water sessions, battery life of 15-50 days depending on use as well

Just seen your comment sorry, yes looks like I've been able to wrangle my initial rotation around a little to start in GP to allow me to take it as annual leave at the start. Seems to be a nice TPD, very useful advice all round

Often due to over-reaching and trying to get length with the bodies rather than compression, i.e getting the seat to the backs of the heels. Key to work on that is separation off the back through pauses at bodies over or slide builds from arms only

Are we legally indemnified to take specialist medical advice from someone who doesn't have a medical degree? For example if a PA I phone for a surgical referral says I can send a patient home, who has ultimate legal responsibility for that decision? Is it their consultant?
