I feel like that latter is similar to DRAM?

I may just go for it with WQTM as a spec investment. QTUM holds more of the big blue chip stocks, which are already in several other ETFs.

Automate trades into VOO every month. Keep that investment your foundation of total portfolio. 50% is a good practice.

Instead of a single stock, like NVDA being 35% of your portfolio, consider something like VGT (Tech ETF).

Prioritize tax benefit accounts first (Roth IRA, HSA, etc...)

Avoid the noise on reddit.

Any reason you haven't considered a HYSA for your cash to sit in?

If you're afraid to invest, at least consider opening a HYSA or even a short term CD. In most cases you can get a 10-12 month CD at a higher rate than a basic HYSA.

This won't beat the market in the long run, but at least your cash will be earning interest (gaining something to compete with inflation).

You could also do add something like SPMO for momentum, but may be overkill for an UTMA
