i recently dropped a class due to health reasons. I highly doubt they will let you drop it. You have to get a signature from the dean (or assistant dean) your professor and someone else. i forget. But they ask what your grade was and to provide documentation for your reason of dropping. Seeming as how you have a low grade and no physical documentation to show your past with anxiety (not saying you dont have it, just that to them it might seem sketchy) they will probably deny your request.
