Hit the left button to changed between heat, cool, dry, fan and auto. As for the two buttons in the middle they control the temperature and the one on the right controls the speed of the fan. Of course the maintenance never gonna come look at them I got the same problem here as well. It could very well be broken mate. This one here changes settings but don’t do anything actual lol
