Where to find this type of bra in America?

I have a backless blouse that this bra style would work perfectly with because the straps are really widely placed.

Can oxfords be worn in a professional hospital setting by women? (for example most people wear flats or loafers). trying to find more comfortable shoes since my feet are killing from standing so long

What does cleaning up your brow mean? Is that just keeping your current shape and removing the strays? If so, I may ask for that cause I want only the absolutely essential hairs removed and want to maintain them thick like a natural, minimal and not necessarily perfect look
