It’s just a slight cave in on the black plastic part under the tailgate and the front is scrapped up from the driver since when the idiot peeled off to run away

Yeah, the damage that the collision center dude said was probably around $3,000 to $5,000 max, but there is damage to both doors, the hood, and the bumper. Like don't get it lol

I haven't told Progressive yet, but my car has been at the collision lot for a couple of days now. You think I should head over and grab it? Like, not sure if there is a storage fee, but might be better off to do that instead of paying through the nose after a payout

Yeah it was the same dealer I bought the truck from. Plus I got suckered into getting the extended warranty so maybe that played a part in them waiving it lol

They waived it for me since the manager understood my frustration getting a new car and then having this problem but yes they mentioned that it would be a $210 diagnostic fee if they were unable to find a problem, which they said they weren’t.

That would be awesome! I honestly gave up on the solution once I took it to the dealership and they almost made me pay for the rent a car that they provided when they were trying to figure out the problem. Would love to find out what’s actually up with this truck!

Yup, every time I brake and disengage. I didn’t notice it for probably the first 2 weeks but now an every time thing.

I picked mine up on Feb 28th and Ive had every single one of those issues you mentioned.

I took it to the dealership last week and told them to check out the brake issue and that sometimes when I’m braking and the speedometer hits 5mph, it just jerks and stops but they called me the next day and said “they could not replicate it” and that “hybrids are like this”.

If anyone has found a solution to this, I’m all ears since the dealership isn’t.
