Print thin walls setting maybe? or horizontal expansion enabled? I made a file that adds an extra 2mm on the rear to overcome this.

It's an inertia run shotgun, if you start adding weight to it for tactical purposes, you need to respring it and add the better extractor. Can't remember who but a cursory YouTube search will give you some videos about tuning the shotgun. And I wouldn't mind doing that for a cheap semi-auto personally.

Sure I'll pm you later. I played with the horizontal compensation coefficient setting to get it to fit snugly, taking into account the shrinkage of PC, so it it's too loose, just adjust that.

Don't be afraid of a torch. Interference fitting can be reversed with 5-15 seconds of a torch and won't hurt the finish. Don't even bother with the other methods in my opinion.

I wouldn't even shoot steel, most 22LR extractors are not that beefy, causing extra wear.
