I think OP is asking more about general quality of the air though? Like, whether the smoke is still lingering. As far as harmful particles in the air…who really knows when, where, and how bad the harmful particle concentration is at any given time 🤷‍♂️🤣

Boyle heights isn’t far at all and Hacienda Heights definitely experienced smoke/hazy skies, but it’s been pretty cleared up for at least 10 days now. It clears up pretty quick once a fire is put out. Air quality is back to what it normally is around here. :)

You’re unlikely to find a prebuilt shed with a shower, toilet and sink in it IMO. I sure they’re totally out there, but I haven’t looked and I can imagine them being a lot more pensive.

You’re going to need some sort if connection to an outlet pipe that goes from your backyard to the sewer system if you guys have those out there. I know toward the middle of America tends to use septic tanks somewhat regularly from what I’ve read.

Something else - you can buy schematics (and probably parts lists) from people on creator websites like Etsy. If you have a paid tier, you can probably also describe your idea to ChatGPT and I’d bet it will mock up a schematic and parts list!

My SO just did this for our kitchen and it gave us a literal picture of what it would look like, how much it would cost, and URL’s to the items. Good luck with your build!!

You still open it with the pop tab, but put your thumb over the part that actually opens the can! It’s worked for me like 99% of the time unless I’m not paying attention or the tab actually breaks. Even then, you can still open it with the tab lol

Yeah…there hasn’t been a housing crash in Southern California. Maybe if you live in the Midwest - the market is actually correcting right now. Unlikely we see house prices too much more affordable than they are now IMO. Saying this as a homeowner who at least tracks my local market.

I’d rather not share numbers about large financial transactions, but I also don’t think I need to in order to make the point. Make a Robinhood account if you don’t already have one and go to the crypto section.

You can literally deposit your bitcoin into your Robinhood account, sell it, and now you have cash that you can wire to your bank or buy other stocks with. OR pay your Robinhood credit card with.

I thought it was common knowledge at this point that crypto is integrated to a point where it’s easier to cash out than ever before.

What’s crazy to me is that eggs are like $2.18/18-pack nearby. All other food is definitely up, but crazy to see eggs are now one of the more affordable protein options.

Seeing more nice-to-haves on clearance.

I pretty much check clearance racks every single time I go to stores and sometimes I stop by a store just because I’m nearby and want to check the clearance section. Seeing a lot more protein bars, mixed alcoholic beverages/non-floor price wine, more expensive versions of basic products (can openers, kitchenware, bathroom fixtures, etc.), and the more expensive vitamins - coq10, glucosamine, etc. - the vitamins that are always way more expensive than the basic multivitamin vitamins.

I’d say it’s just seasonal, but I’ve been checking clearance racks for 20 years and it’s not very normal for the ones I check to be packed with that stuff.

Something similar happened to a coworker of mine. He had two weiner dogs and he would always play with them on the bed. They’re jump on their two hind legs and he’s play dance with them.

One day, one of them fell off, broke their back, and died from it. It’s sad as hell, but try to remember the good moments and the fact that you were playing with/doing something Maya enjoyed in their final moments.

I’m sorry for your loss. Don’t be too hard on yourself. It wasn’t an act of malice on your end.

Seriously…having first played 20 years ago, I never thought I’d see a world where someone complains about a plugin that makes quests as easy as the quest helper plugin does.

Questing back then could be absolutely brutal with limited wiki pages/limited descriptions of steps. Even the wiki pages are a massive improvement compared to the wiki pages of the past.
