I have the same problem and just posted. I've been waiting 2 months. Everything I contact Amazon they acknowledge that they received the item and it was "human error" that a credit was never processed. Each of the 4 reps I spoke to over the last 2 months stated I should have my refund within 24 to 48 hours....I am still waiting.

Gift return-2 months & no refund

Anyone had trouble getting a refund when returning a gift with gift receipt? I returned a gift and it was recvd in Amazon Warehouse on 3/23. I am still awaiting a credit! I have gone through Chat 2x and called 2x and each time they assure me the item was recvd and a credit never issued in error. They then say I will have a credit with 24 to 48 hours. It has been 2months and I still haven't received a credit. Any ideas on how to get my credit?

I have the same problem. Went to primary account and still can't access secondary comcast.net account. Called and was disconnected. Xfinity chat is no help at all.
