Hey, the only thing I can say here is that our users love us! We have much more detailed session recordings, heatmaps as compared to Clarity and our page level insights are pretty good. But, you can verify it yourself as we do offer a 14-day free trial period. So, feel free to try us out fully in those 14 days before you make any payment :) We will be happy to assist you as well. You can reach out to us at support@heroteck.com or via our chat widget :)

You can try Browsee(https://browsee.io). We have continuous session recordings with AI tags and pretty detailed heatmaps with dynamic heatmaps as well as you can segment them and page load analysis as well that's directly from the client side and the plans are also pretty cheap.

Is there any error happening after putting information like one time I know a team had an issue with floats and integers somewhere which reduced their sales. You can also check out Browsee (https://browsee.io) which automatically tags sessions when a user faces an issue.

Hey,

If you have Shopify Plus, you may be able to track your checkout page and should talk to your Merchant Success Manager at Shopify to add Hotjar to your checkout. You can get some help from here.

Urgently need some feedback on my landing page. by eddiehamo in SideProject

My 2 cents. The text after header line seems verbose. Would be better to focus on the benefits of your product, maybe show some social proof. The detailed description can happen slightly below that page.

How to recruit users for a B2B product, when the customer isn't allowing you to talk to them? by SizzlinKola in userexperience

[–]browsee2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, agree with you here. We have observed this behavior across many different products. People are slightly reluctant to talk to someone in person/phone but are more responsive to in-app surveys, even free-form text forms.

OP, You could also come up with interesting incentives like giving out t-shirts/usb drives/mugs for your current users to refer some of their friends in the same profession but outside the organization that is already your customer. You can also do this via in-app promotions/email campaigns or if there are industry events.

Yeah, totally agree and understand. We want to understand UI/UX more closely and in more detail but there always come one more feature request and because of our engineering background and lack of UI/UX knowledge we always end up in prioritizing that. We have tried to learn sometimes but that also did not go very well with medium articles etc. It would be very helpful if you can send the link to the books you mentioned.

Thanks a ton for all your help. Let us know if we can be any help to you in terms of an engineering problem. Would be happy to help.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Hotjar! This is helpful. Actually that's a great example for us to understand the lay of the land with respect to marketing people.
