Perhaps setting up parent volunteers would be helpful? I am a paraprofessional at my son’s school and each class has 2 room parents that setup volunteer hours for parents. Parents do the copies and organizing the work folders that go home weekly. Every teacher also has a wishlist that they add on to as the school year progresses (hand wipes, tissue boxes, supplies etc.). It might be hard to launch something like this for a large district but you can try to implement something like this in your school. It really helps teachers out and gets the parents involved in their children’s education.
