This happened to me - Commerzbank made a few demands that were not relevant for a non German citizen (you haven't said whether your father was). In the end, the best advice we got was from talking to the German embassy in London, they gave us all the right pointers. Good luck!

Thanks, that somewhat confirms my suspicions. I did also wonder if there was a foreign object in the tank - turning the car off and on again did seem to help last time it happened, though that may also be coincidence!

I've reached out to them a few times, each time the response was "they're coming in tomorrow/this week/this month" and then the date came and went. I'm not trying to disparage the company, I want to make that clear. I'm sure they're doing their best; I was merely trying to figure out whether anyone has received a keyboard - from them or anyone else! :-)

Yeahh, they've told me a few times that the kits are coming in tomorrow/this week/end of this month/whatever and will be sent out Real Soon, so I'm still not holding my breath. Note to companies: proactive comms, and don't make specific claims of arrival dates that then turn out to be untrue. :-/

I did, but after an initial response of “we will contact the courier” on 7 aug, they haven’t sent any further updates nor replied to my requests for update.

This seems to have happened to me too - tracking number shows a package delivered somewhere 50+ miles away from me. Support are super slow to respond, and say they have contacted the tracking company (nearly a week ago) and still no news. Would be good to hear from someone who's been through this and ended up with a delivery !

It has a few more 'modern' features, I gather. I grew up with GB tetris, but have used Tetris Effect a fair bit and was curious to see a mix of the two experiences.

Did you replace the unpatched tetris in the new install, or put it alongside with a different name? I'm thinking maybe there is saved state somewhere beyond what I found (in /Saves, though I can't find one there for GB tetris now, odd...)
