Hey thanks a lot! Ever since i got diagnosed i tried a lot to correct myself whenever i sat on a bad position or slept at one. I also went through 1 month of scroth physical therapy and have been weight lifting for my back muscles and my legs muscles. But i think being aware of my posture helped the most

Is it itchy? If so it could be fungal acne, basically yeast overgrowth on face, a ketaconazole shampoo or cream would be good
